Cellular Phones - SIM and Phone accces passwords

Expert: DebiN - 7/1/2009

Question
some one lock my prepaid phone passwords: the SIM Password, the IMEI password, and two other passwords. How do I get tracphone to reset the phone or all passwords so I can enter new passwords. I also have reasons my SIM card info was downloaded on someone elses phone and re inserted in mind. It is a Trackphone motorola

Answer
Contact Tracfone and ask them if they can provide you with the reset for your phone because of what happened. There is no other way to do this. As long as you are the owner of the phone, then they will do this for you. I hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN
