sci68 clone phones are they barred on domestic carriers and if so what is the
work around for the barring of these phones.Can you purchase the sim card and
then buy a prepaid card or use skype to carry the call?

Answer
They are not barred from being used with domestic carriers. Where did you get this information? You can use these phones on a domestic network. You just have to program the settings for WAP and MMS. You can't typically use Skype on them since this is what is barred (using the data network for voice). I hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN
