ANSWER: You don't have access to the internet from your phone. Contact your provider and make sure that you have an unlimited data package. Without this, you will not be able to access the internet from your device. Hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN

ANSWER: Is it O2 prepaid or post paid. I believe that there are different settings for each. I can give you what I show for each of these, but let me know and I'll be happy to help. Did you get the settings originally fro me or somewhere else? Thanks. DebiN
