Question
hi um a few years ago my mom got a new phone and it came with a bluetooth headset and she never used it and gave it to me but she lost the book that tells you how to work it it has three buttons one on the front with the picture of a phone on it and two on the side each having a triangle on them.as you can see i know nothing about them (probably because im only thirteen)i want to use them with my blue tooth compatible phone please help me thanks

Answer
Yes, it is possible to use the bluetooth headset that your mom gave you. Is it a Motorola headset? If not, what is the brand of headset? The best way to figure out how to get the headset into the pairing mode is to either take it and your phone to the store for your wireless carrier (Verizon, Sprint, etc. whoever is your wireless carrier). They can help you pair the headset and the phone, otherwise you will need to figure out the make and model of the headset and then you can look up the instructions on line. The code will be 0000, but you first have to figure out how to put the headset into the pairing mode and then your phone into discovery mode to pair them. Hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN
