Question
QUESTION: I can take good pictures on my mobile phone (Samsung - model SGH-U600) but do not know how to get prints. This may seem to be a very basic question but I am new to mobile phones so can you please help?  Many thanks.

ANSWER: It's not a basic question at all. Cell phone cameras were not really intended to be used to print out the pictures, but to enjoy them on the phone or in some cases, copy them onto your computer (where you could then print them). The very best and easiest way to print out cell phone pictures is with Polaroid's new PoGo print. It's $100.00 for the tiny little printer and the paper for it costs about $1.00 a sheet and comes in packages of 10 sheets. You hook your cell phone to the printer and you can print pictures in seconds. It requires no ink because the paper has the ink built into it (and why it is so expensive). You can buy a PoGo at Best Buy or other store like that. If you really like to print out pictures from your cell phone, this would be your best bet. They also sell this printer at Costco.com. I hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN

QUESTION: Many thanks for your reply to my email. In view of my anticipated fairly limited need to print out pictures, I think it would be better for me to copy my pictures onto my computer and print as required. However, how do I do that?  Also, how can I send pictures by email? Would these also have to be copied first onto my computer? Thanks again.

Answer
In order to copy your pictures to your computer, you need to purchase the software that your carrier will typically sell for this. This will come with a USB cable and the proper drivers to copy from your camera to your phone. If you go to their web site or call them, they can direct you. If you send the pictures by email, you need MMS enabled on your cell phone and then you either pay per message sent or if you have a data package, it will be included. Once you send them to your email at home, then you can print them from there. I hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN
