Question
I have a nextel i776 boost, and when I go to myboostmobile account and go under account activity it only shows calls that I make to call my grandparents in puerto rico..but it will not show all other incoming/and outgoing local calls I make...why is it and where can I go to find out this info..

Answer
It's not about your phone, it's about your service. You most likely do not have detailed billing so only calls that are charged show. The calls to Puerto Rico are charged on a per minute basis, so that's why they are showing and all other calls are not. I don't believe you can get detailed billing on a Boost account, but you can ask them to be sure. I believe that if they can do this, there is definitely a charge. You will not be able to see the numbers that call you, however, if they can do this. Contact Boost customer care to be sure. I hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN
