Question
I recently bought an iphone however when it recieves a text which usually has the country code of the sender the text message does not display the name of that person despite the fact that i have saved his/her number on the phone. please help

Answer
In order for the phone to identify the caller's name (as you have it in your contacts), the phone number needs to be entered into your contacts in the same way that it comes across your caller ID. the best way to do this is when one of these people calls you or texts you, enter them into your contacts from the message instead of manually entering them in. This will insure that you have them entered the same way that the information comes in. I hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN
