hi Debin i got a phone from my mom its under her name but i am paying the bill she passed it on to me and i dont know my voice mail password can you help me?
Because your phone is in your mom's name, you are not authorized to have the password reset. The one and only way to do this is to have your mom call MetroPCS and ask that they reset the password for her. Once they do this, then have her give you the password and then you can reset it to something else. No other way around this, I'm afraid. I hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN
