Question I am not able to activate my Speakerphone mode on this unit please help
Answer It is possible that the speaker is not working, especially if you bought this phone used. You can only activate the speakerphone when the phone is on (i.e., make a call and then the soft keys should show you what to press to turn on speakerphone. If you see the choice when you are on a call, but it doesn't work, then it is broken and your phone would need to be repaired. Speakerphone is a pretty basic feature, fortunately, but the external speaker of a phone is one of the first things to go, unfortunately. I hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN
