Question everytime i receive a SMS and i open to read it i can't reply, delete, forward or anything as there is no option button on either side of the top screen. i have to go to camera, restore factory setting, select yes, go back into SMS to reply, or send messages after I've read a SMS. This also happens when i input a new contact. please help.
Answer It sounds like the device that you have is either defective or broken. There isn't anything that you can do to fix this and you would need to either have it professionally repaired or see if you can get your money back (if you just got it). These devices are notorious for having issues and I strongly recommend against buying and using them. I know this probably isn't what you want to hear after spending money on the device, but I can assure you that there isn't anything that you will be able to do to "fix" this problem since the device is definitely broken or just defective. Hope this helps, though. Thanks. DebiN
