Question
Is there a real way to trace cell phones with actual owner data, etc. I paid for an online service but the data was not valid. They wanted me to pay for skip traces.
No, it is not legal to do this and that's why there isn't a way to do it. Any service that tells you that they can are trying to take your money. You can try reverse look up and some cell phones are listed, but most aren't. There is 100% no way to trace a cell phone user even with "skip traces". Not possible. I hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN
