Question
hi, i had service through nextel and i changed over to boost mobile, i want to transfer my data from my old sim card ( phone- ie502) to my new sim card (phone- i335). I put my card in the new phone and it asked for a special code. is there a special code that you know of? and could you tell me what to do if i get past the special code. thank you

Answer
Your Boost device is not compatible with your Nextel SIM card, unfortunately. Even though Nextel and Boost are now owned by the same company, Sprint, they are still not compatible. You can take both phones into a Sprint store and see if they can assist you in getting the information off of your old phone and putting it onto your new one, but that is your best option. The reason the new phone is asking for a code is because it's SIM locked to only work with a Boost SIM. I hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN
