Answer I believe your question is "How do I access my voice mail from another phone?". The answer is to look at what number your phone is dialing when it calls voice mail (or call MetroPCS to ask them). It's not the same for everyone (they have lots of different mailbox numbers). Then you will know the main number to dial. When you access that number, you will be prompted to enter your mailbox (which is your 10 digit phone number) and put in your password (which you probably put in today when you call - if you don't and don't know your password, you will have to ask MetroPCS to reset it). Otherwise, just call your phone number from another phone, press the # key when it answers and then you will be prompted to enter your password. I hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN
