Cellular Phones/Blackberry Storm

Question
The Blackberry Storm manual says that if I have the right SIMS card, I can have multiple phone numbers associated with my Blackberry Storm. Although I bought the phone from Verizon (whose name is on the front of the manual and also appears throughout the text), Verizon says their SIMS cards not support multiple numbers. I can't find a way to contact Blackberry about which providers DO support this capability without subscribing to a tech support service. Does anyone know a service provider who DOES provide a SIMS card supporting this Blackberry Storm capability?

Answer
You cannot use your BlackBerry Storm with Verizon service and have multiple numbers. The SIM card that Verizon uses is only for use outside of the US when you are roaming internationally and still only supports your one phone number. There are no carriers in the US who support multiple phone numbers in a device or on a SIM card. Contacting RIM (the maker of the BlackBerry) won't solve your problem, unfortunately. It is a limitation of the carriers and I'm not aware of any US carrier who is planning on changing this. I hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN
