Question
I have a Moto Q. I can make calls, but during the call when I press a number to choose an option it does not register. The phone shows that I pressed a number, but it doesn't go through. I can't delete voice messages from the phone, choose options on other calls. I have to use another phone to delete voice messages.

Answer
In order to enable DTMF tones on your Q so that the phone will respond to the tones during a call, you can set this up in the setup as follows:

Activate DTMF tones:
- > Settings > Initial Setup > DTMF
To send DTMF tones during a call, just
press number keys or highlight a number
in the address book or recent calls lists
and press -> Send Tones.

This is on page 53 of the manual.

You can also try pressing the key during a call and then choose Send. Also, try pressing the FN key before the number.

I hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN
