Question
I need to increase volume - especially for alarm notification - have tired various alarm tone options, no luck.  Previous replies on this page mention going to "General Options"- cannot find it.  Options does not show up from Menu button.  But I can get there from my home screen.  But cannot find Gen options.  Have changed phone profile etc. Tried + - button on the side but cannot see volume scale bar that shows %.

There are two types of volumes, one is the volume of the ringer and the other is the volume on phone calls. To change the volume of your ringer, from the Home screen, go into the Profiles icon, scroll down to Advanced, click on the active profile (typically "Normal" - it will show "(Active)" beside it), go to the selection that relates to the tone, i.e., Tasks or SMS Text, etc., and under the Volume, choose High. Your only options are Mute, Low, Medium, High and Escalating. There are no other options for the tones. I hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN
