Cellular Phones/Cingular 8125 compatibility with Boost Mobile

Question
I have come across my old Cingular 8125 PDA phone and was wondering if, since I believe Cingular used iDEN technology, if it would be compatible with Boost Mobile's SIM card. The two cards appear very close in size, shape and design but I could not find anything telling me if they were or not. Thank for your time and effort in this regard.
unfortunately, Cingular never used iDEN technology. Prior to GSM, Cingular had a TDMA network. Your 8125 works on the GSM network, so I'm afraid that it will not work with your Boost SIM card. You are correct that the iDEN SIM and GSM SIM are the same size and shape. All SIM cards are the same size and shape, but the difference is that a SIM card branded by and activated by Boost works on the iDEN network and from Cingular works on the GSM network.
