My daughters brand new cricket samsung messengar doesn't hardly ever receive MMS.  She can receive text and sometimes send MMS.  This phone is only 4 days old.  I call cuustomer service many time.  Reset, reset, reset, take battery out etc...Still doesn't work now after calling the 1 800 number its says all reps busy I hear they block u after a while.  Corporate office told me this is normal for this phone, if it is then why in the heck do they sell it.  I want to return it but these reps are driving me nuts.

It is not normal for this phone and resetting the phone does nothing in this regard. If she can't receive MMS messages very often it's probably because Cricket cannot keep up with demand and their servers are not large enough to handle all the traffic in your area. Do not believe them about this issue. If I were you, I would seriously consider going to another carrier. It is very unlikely that the phone is the issue. I hope this helps. Thanks. debiN
