Question
I found a Samsung 450 phone 2 months ago. No one clamed it, I went to Metropcs store to and I asked them if I could transfer my phone to the phone I found, they told me ok  However, when they tried to tranfer my phone no to the new phone they couldn't and they said it has a personal code and they can't transfer my line to the phone .  I would like to unlock the phone and use it . Please, help?

Answer
I'm afraid that if they tell you that the phone can't be activated, then unfortunately, it can't be activated. If metropcs can't or won't unlock it, there's no way to unlock the device. I'm not sure what is going on with the phone, but i don't believe you will be able to use it. I hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN
