Cellular Phones/Moto Q

Question
I have a moto q that used to be a sprint phone. It now has alltel software in it and works for making/receiving calls and texting on the alltel network. The problem is the phone will not let me on the internet. Is there a fix for this?

Answer
Unfortunately, this problem cannot be fixed. When you flash a phone to another CDMA carrier, if they don't sell the exact model of phone, it doesn't allow you to use internet or MMS. This can't be fixed or coded, unfortunately. This is why I always suggest that people do not flash their phones to other CDMA carriers. I'm sorry that this is happening to you, but there is no way to resolve this problem. Thanks. DebiN
