Question
When I try to use the camera it says Busy, try again. I have did a master reset. Followed ur advice and took battery out and replaced it. It will not allow me to delete pics. Thanks

Answer
If you have a microSD card in the phone, take it out and see if that solves the problem. If that doesn't, then you will need to have the phone repaired. Even though it appears as though the camera is just "busy", there is actually a problem with the phone that should be professionally repaired. Oftentimes resetting helps, but in your case, it didn't, so you would need to have the phone repaired. I hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN
