Question
I recently bought a dual SIM card A66 Color Screen GSM/GPRS Digital Mobile Phone. I put my sim card in slot 1 and the phonebook shows up, but for some reason when someone call or sends a text their name does not appear. I am also not able to send out a text, I can only receive them. Do you know how to correct this problem so I can see who is calling or texting me and reply to messages? Thanks!!!

Answer
The way to correct the name and number match is the text time that someone calls you, delete them from your address book and then re-add them by choosing to save them to the address book from the caller ID. The format that the number comes into your caller ID is what you need to have in your address book. If it shows +1 for example, before the number, then that's how it needs to be in your address book to match up on both the text and voice calling.

When you are sending texts, the reason they won't go through is similar to the situation above, the syntax is not correct. If the call comes in with +1, for example, then when you text, you also need to put the +1 before the number. Both of your issues relate to the phone being set up to dial outside the US. When this is changed, you should not have this issue anymore. I hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN
