My LG Xenon sometimes will lose service when other phones has full service , it shuts off randomly , with full battery , vibrates for long periods of time , freezes then shuts off , shows the messages in the wrong order , like I'd say "Hi!" and the person would respond "What's up?" And I'd say something , and we'd have a conversation , and it looks like I bomb their phone , then they bomb mine . (This is in conversation view) .
Also , one time it went from full battery , straight to when it flashes "Low battery" and just taking the battery out and putting it back in fixed that .
Also , just now , out of no where , now , the touch screen isn't working , so I can't read any of my messages on it , and the button that brings me to my messages is only letting me type .
I just hate this phone , are any of these normal for other LG phones ? Thanks !
None of this is normal, I can assure you. If the phone is less than 12 months old, I would recommend having it replaced under warranty. Contact your carrier to have it replaced. There's nothing you can do to Dix it unfortunately. I hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN
