Cellular Phones/mY SIDEKICK 3 WON'T CHARGE

Question
MY SIDEKICK 3 WON'T CHARGE. THE LIGHT COMES ON LIKE IT'S CHARGING BUT AFTER CHARGING ALL DAY IT STILL WON'T TURN ON.

Answer
Either the charging port on the device is broken or the charger is broken. Take the device and charger to a T-Mobile store and have them plug in another charger. If it charges the device, then just buy a new charger from them. If it doesn't, then you will need to have them repair the charging port on your Sidekick. Fortunately, those are the only things that could be wrong, so it is either one or the other and easy to figure out the way that I mentioned. I hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN
