Question
Hello Debin
got a brand new sch-a670 from ebay recently as a replacement phone.unfortunately,im having a bit issue with the phone.the people/places im calling seems they cannot hear me talking.used the hands-free earpiece and it works fine.any suggestions?your help is much appreciated.

Answer
If the people cannot hear you and you are positive that the device is new and unused, then just try turning up the volume while you are on a call. It may be too low. If this doesn't work or you already tried it, then the phone may be defective and should be returned. I hope this helps. Thanks. Debin
