Question
My Motorola W490 first started having problems by automatically entering one number repeatedly. I got it to quit by removing the battery & restarting the phone. Now (weeks later) when I turn the phone on, the keys will not work at all. I know the phone may not be repairable, so is there any way to hook the phone to a computer to download / access the numbers, videos & pictures on it so I can load them onto a new phone? Thanks, Jan

Yes, your carrier can do this for you. When you get a new phone, take the old phone to them and have them move your information to the new phone. If they tell you that it isn't possible because of the situation with the keys, they are telling you the truth, but hopefully, they will be able to assist you. That is by far your best bet.
