Question
I have a moto rokr z6m and the screen is now white and i can not make or recieve calls. I just got off the phone and hung up and was going to use it again and the screen turned white. I can hear the tone when i slide it up and down but can not recieve or make calls and the screen just stays white.
Please Help!

When your screen goes white, it means that the phone will need to be professionally repaired. This is one of the first things that goes out on a phone. If you are eligible for an upgrade with your carrier, I would suggest that you take advantage of this and get a new phone. If you are not yet eligible, then you may want to get it repaired. Contact your carrier to arrange to have it fixed. Since I'm sure the phone is over 12 months old, it is no longer under warranty, so you would have to pay to have it repaired. Unfortunately, there really isn't any home repair you can do with this. I hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN
