Question
i broke my sim card and i am having to get a new one my question is, after i get a new sim card will my phone still have its address book? Please help!!!

p.s my phone is an AT&T samsung

Answer
By default, contacts are saved to the phone, not the SIM card. Unless you specifically saved your contacts to your SIM, they are still on your phone. If you saved them to the SIM, then they are gone and are not retrievable. As soon as you put the new SIM into the phone, go into the address book and if you see them there, then they were properly saved to the phone. Contacts saved to the SIM are not copied to the phone automatically, they are only on the phone and vice versa. I hope this helps. thanks. DebiN
