Question
I got the LG CU515 about 8 months ago, and over the last few weeks the battery life has decreased immensely. It used to stay charged for 2-3 days at a time, but the in last two weeks it has declined to where now it only stays charged for a few hours without dying. I was wondering if they could replace it for free or anything. And if there were any tips on making the battery last longer or if this was a bad batch of batteries. Thanks!

Answer
The best tip that I have to making a battery last longer is to let the battery discharge fully whenever possible. Instead of putting the phone on the charger every night, let the battery drain completely and then recharge it fully. If you do this every so often, your battery should last a lot longer. Also, only charge your battery with the charger than came with your phone. Do not use a third party charger. Your battery should last at least as long as your phone does (2-3 years) and if it doesn't, you can get your carrier to replace it most likely under the 12 month warranty for your phone. Call them and tell them your phone doesn't work and they will replace it for you. I hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN
