Question
when i receive a text or phone call the name of the person does not show on screen.Any help greatly appreciated

  THANKS ALEX

Answer
The next time that someone sends you a text or calls you, first delete their information out of your contact list and then use the new text they sent to add them back into your contact list. The format that is used will be the correct format for all your contacts, i.e., if the text has the format of 1 then the area code then the number, that means that all your contacts have to be entered into your address book this way in order for the phone to recognize them. If, for example, you now have someone listed with just their 7 digit number, you will need to add the rest of the number in order for the phone to match them up to your contacts. If you just do this with the next person that texts you, you will see what I am talking about. Remember to delete them entirely from your address book first before adding them back in from the text that they send you. Thanks. DebiN
