Question
Of course my cell phone is turned off.  I can't find it, I have looked all over my room and every where it should be.  Last place I remember putting it was my dresser, I looked all over the place for it there.  Is there a possible way of finding it when its turned off.  I have torn apart my room looking for it.  Please help if you can!

PS: Im not sure if it helps but its a sony ericsson.

Answer
There is no way to locate a phone that is turned off. Obviously, if it were on, you could call it, but when it is off, there is no way for you (or anyone else) to locate it. Even if it has GPS, it can't be located when it is off. Phones have to communicate with a tower to be pinpointed and even then, a cell phone carrier will not be able to find a phone as they don't do things like this, I'm afraid. So, unfortunately, it sounds like your phone is lost, but I'd keep looking for it especially if you know it's in your house. I hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN
