Question
I had a sprint phone but I got a t mobile phone today so I disconnected my sprint account, I can text people who have alltel, & t mobile so far but I can't text anyone with a metro pcs phone. Why can't I?
Because MetroPCS has not yet updated their tables to show that you are with a different provider. It's very, very common and if you just give it time, you will not have a problem. MetroPCS is a very small company and it likely doesn't update their tables as frequently as the other carriers. Don't worry, just give it a little time. Thanks. DebiN
