Question
I recently ordered and unlocked this unlocked phone but the user manual is in spanish and when I put my sim card in it keeps telling me to insert my sim card. Is there something I can do?
You can find the manual for this phone on-line. Just do a search for LG MG800c manual and there is an on-line manual for no charge. If you are getting the message Insert SIM, it means that either your SIM card is not inserted properly and fully (i.e., locked into place) or the phone cannot recognize it because it doesn't work on the frequency of the phone. I would recommend getting the manual on line and verifying that you are putting the SIM in properly. I hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN
