Question
Hi my name is Andrew, im 13 years old, and my grandparents gave me there old cell phone, because they got a new one. And they tranfered there # to there new phone. So how can i get a new # on the cell, so i can get a plan, or minutes on it.
Thanks!

Answer
Andrew, can you tell me what company (Sprint, Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, etc.) is shown on the phone that you have? In order to get a new phone number and use the phone you have, you will need to have your parent or someone over the age of 18 go with you to the store for that company and start up new service for you. The company will assign you a phone number and can use that phone that your grandparents gave to you. You wil be signed up for a rate plan with minutes, etc. I hope this helps and let me know. Thanks. DebiN
