Question
hi I just switched from a env 2 from verizon to a Motorola razr v3 for at&t and i am so used to my memory card and being able to send ringtones to my phone so why when i send ringtone sounds from my verizon phone to my at&t phone i get a message asking me to download then i do and it says unable to download...im not sure if its my service cause i know we are signed up for unlimited picture video and text messaging. im cheap and i dont want to pay for ringtones..is there any possible way to get ringtones sent to my phone...


p.s I dont have internet

The ringtones that you used with your Verizon phone are not compatible with your AT&T phone, so even though you are able to send the file, you will not be able to use a ringtone that you used with Verizon with AT&T. The format of a ringtone that works on a Verizon CDMA phone is different than what is used on the AT&T GSM network and phones and that's what makes them incompatible, unfortunately.
