Cellular Phones/ic602 as modem

Question
What do I need to do to use my ic602 as a modem for my laptop? Thank you for your time.

Answer
You need the USB cable for your phone and also a tethering plan or the ability to tether with Sprint/Nextel. You also need the software to tether. Please keep in mind that this is not a device that works on the high speed data network, so it is going to be SLOW! If I were you, I wouldn't consider using this device as a modem. Either get an PC card or a new SmartPhone that works on the high speed network. It will drive you crazy when you see the slowness (at least it would drive me crazy). I hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN
