Question
My friend is in England and wants to be able to use her cell phone number for her friends to text her and she text back, what type of phone or sim card does she need or better buy a "tracphone" or what could she do so it is not so expensive for her

Answer
Her best bet is just to get a prepaid phone there in the UK. She can't use any SIM card from the US and Tracfone is a US prepaid service. There are many prepaid services there in the UK and the phones there are typically SIM unlocked. If you buys a SIM unlocked quad band phone, she can use it in the States with AT&T or T-Mobile and just get prepaid service in the UK for her time there. I hope this helps. thanks. DebiN
