Question
I am not sure if you can answer my question but I am gonna ask because you never know.  I have a LG 260 and am on Virgin Mobile in Canada. Up till September 5, 2009 I have been able to text message. After that date I can not longer send international text messages. My account is fine, But I am wondering if there might be a security feature on the phone that could of been pushed during the night or by my children  or if it is something with the network.  Please tell me what you think.  Thank you

Answer
What allows you to send international text messages is the features on your account. If you can no longer send international text messages, then either Virgin made changes on your account or their service that is preventing you from sending international texts or they may have changed the format for an international text, perhaps. There wouldn't be anything that could have been pushed during the night, but potentially Virgin may no longer have an agreement with the carrier that you are sending through. I would recommend that you contact Virgin and find out if they made any changes that would prevent you from sending an international text to a specific number. It may be that particular number and not all international texts. I hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN
