Question
I have a Motorola W315 that was working fine until recently. I can call out with no problems, but can't receive calls. People that try to call me get warbling sound somewhat like an European police siren.

Our carrier is verzion Wireless.

Your phone needs to be repaired. If it is less than 12 months old, it is still under warranty. If it is over 12 months old but less than 24 and you don't have insurance, you will have to pay for the repair. If it is over 24 months old and no longer under contract, I would recommend just buying a new one and signing up for a new contract. If you have tried to turn off the phone and take out the battery and you still have the same problem, the phone needs to be repaired professionally or replaced. There's no home repair, unfortunately.
