Question
I live out in the country. I have AT&T & everyone that is at my house has AT&t. but im the only one that never has service, i can sit here all day without getting text messages or phone calls sometimes and my sisters phone rings all the time. we have the same exact phone but she always has good service. can you help me?

Answer
I would recommend that you take off the back of your phone and remove the battery, then put it back in and turn on your phone again. This will basically reset the phone. If you still have the same issues, then you may need to get a new phone. You didn't say how old your phone is and if you and your sister got your phones at the exact same time, but it is likely that your phone either has a bad antenna or has gotten damaged in some way that is causing it not to work. By resetting it, this will let you know if the phone just needed to be restarted and reset or if it is potentially damaged and in need or repair or replacement. When you can't get a signal after resetting a phone, it typically means that the phone can't get reception because of the internal antenna. I hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN
