Question
I have a Boost i425 mobile phone.  I have the Unlimited plan with web.  Using a usb cable from my phone to my computer, the connection is awful & can take anywhere from 10 min., up to 20 min. or more to load a pge.  All of the connections from phone & computer seem to be right.  Please help me.  I have a friend with the same plan & phone who oes not have this problem.  Help please.

Your connection speed is based on many factors and in your home via your computer, you may have a much slower connection than your friend. This may be due to your computer's speed and also due to the amount of bandwidth availble at any given time where you live, versus where your friend lives. Unfortunately, with access to the internet, it is never a situation where the speed is consistent. The connection to the internet varies by time of day, amount of traffic (people) accessing the network, the device you have and the computer you have. You have to take all these factors into account. If your friend has exactly the same Boost phone model, exactly the same computer and uses it in your home at exactly the same spot, your friend will have the same experience that you have.
