Question
We are looking for ways to monitor cell phone use for sales management and customer service purposes. We have an "observe" station here at the office (hard line) but not with our cell phones. Is there any way to monitor cell use...or at least record conversations then "observe" them at a later time? (Of course, we would only be able to observe only a small pecentage of the time....)
There is no way to monitor or record cell phone conversations. There is no carrier that does this and no software or equipment to do this. If you have agents using cell phones today, then you will not be able to observe what they say on their cell phones. You can view the numbers they dial and the amount of minutes they use, etc., but there is no way to monitor calls. I hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN

I have a lot of knowledge regarding the wireless providers - their services, prices and policies, both GSM AT&T and T-Mobile) and CDMA (Verizon, Sprint/Nextel). I can troubleshoot most any problem someone is having with their cellular device or with the provider.
