Question
Hello and thanks for reviewing my question.

I am in a court battle regarding an ex wife whole sold stocks and bonds in MY name and has hidden the money off shore. Her lawyer is keeping her quiet but my lawyer is trying to uncover the "mastermind" behind it as it appears far too technical for her to have done without a financial background. However, it appears that OUR financial planner may be the one behind the mask. I recently checked my at&t wireless bill and saw where I now only have 2 numbers where I should have 3. I called at&t wireless and they told me that "I" had called on November 2nd and requested to take off a line and allow it to be assigned to another person and removed from my plan. I NEVER authorized such a thing. They state that a court order or subpoena from my lawyer would get a copy of the digital voice recorded call and allow us to know who it is that is runining my life. It appears that after months of careful planning and getting away with it they/he has simply gotten cocky and dropped his guard.

Do you know if it is that easy to obtain? How do I go about retreiving this data and if we ask, will they possibly give us the text data and in/out phone data as well?

The phone is a Blackberry Curve.

I sincerely appreciate your feedback.

James

Answer
James, sorry you are going through this kind of thing.  with a subpoena you will be able to see what numbers were texted, but not the content of those messages, to my knowledge.  i have searched for hours trying to get that exact answer from previous questions, but simply cannot find it.  best of luck with what you're going through.
