Question
I would like to know unlock code for the Blackberry Nextel 7520 phone, I have tried doing Java Uploader and erasing os but not worked for me. I am not able to get IT policy removed.

Thank you.

Answer
Every device has a unique unlock code. There is no generic unlock code for a particular model of device. There are two ways to get the unlock code for your particular phone. One is through your carrier. If you bought the phone from Nextel and have current service with them, they can provide it to you. The other way is by finding someone with the software and hardware that provides unlock codes (people advertise this on the web). There is always a cost associated with this. However, for what you are trying to do, unlocking is not necessary. To remove the IT policy, simply do a reset. Go to Settings, Options, Security, click on the Menu button and choose Wipe Handheld. Type in "blackberry" when it asks you and the device will be wiped clean. The IT policy should go away at that time. I hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN
