Question
i have a Lg rumor 2 (sprint)ive had it less than a month and it wont charge. ive had it on the charger for at least 2 days and the battery is still flashing red, and as soon as i take it off the charger it dies immediately. I haven't had any accidents with the phone or the charger since i got them. Is the problem with the phone or the battery?

Answer
Fortunately, your phone came with a 12 month warranty from Sprint. Take it to a Sprint store or contact Sprint Customer Care to ask them the best way to get it repaired or replaced under warranty. Be aware that if there is any water damage or if it has been dropped and damaged, the warranty will be invalid. It's very likely that the phone you got may have a bad battery and it won't be any issue for them to replace it. It sounds like the battery (or the charger) to me. If you have tried another charger with the same results, then it is the battery. Make sure that the charger is the right LG charger for this particular phone and not a third party one. I highly doubt the issue is the phone, but if it is, it would be the charging port. First choice, charger, second choice, battery, third choice phone. In any case, it still should be given dirctly to Sprint for repair. I hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN
