Cellular Phones/No more service?

Question
I got a new phone about 3 months ago and the service has worked perfectly fine. But just 2 days ago I suddenly stopped getting service. I put my sim card into my old phone, and I get perfect service with my old phone. I'm in a family plan with T-Mobile and the rest of my family isn't having any problems with theirs. What's wrong with my phone? The type of phone I have is a Nokia 5310

Answer
It's likely that the new phone may be damaged. Since you have already verified that the SIM card works, then the problem may be the new phone. Since it is under 12 months old, stop by a T-Mobile store and have them take a look at it and they will either replace it or repair it for you under warranty (or tell you where to go or send it to to do this). I hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN
