Question
DebiN,
I am a current Sprint cutomer and Iwas wondering if it was possible for me to activate the blackberry storm to the Sprint net work. If you could help me with this I would greatly appreciae it.

Answer
In order to use your Verizon BlackBerry Storm on the Sprint network, it first has to be unlocked and flashed to Sprint. This is not something that can be done by you, you will need to find someone or place that will do this for you. There are people who advertise on the internet that do this, but I have no recommendations as I am not a fan of this practice. After the device is unlocked and flashed to Sprint, provided that it has not been registered through Verizon, you should be able to activate it on Sprint with a voice and BlackBerry data plan. If you don't have a full BlackBerry data plan, it won't work for data of any kind. Honestly, you would be much better off just getting your BlackBerry directly from Sprint and if you have a Verizon Storm, perhaps sell it to someone who has Verizon service. That would be a better way to go. I hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN
