Question
i have a 8700g blackberry cell and i had dropped it. Now i can't access my mail etc. the mouse or wheel does not work?

Answer
If it is no longer working and you have removed the battery and started up the device again, then unfortunately, you likely have broken it. Considering the age of the device, I might suggest getting another one. If your email was on a server, then it's not lost, so you don't have to worry about that. Most of the time, a drop is okay, but occasionally, it will hit the wrong way and destroy the device. You could always try to get it fixed, but for a device that age, I wouldn't suggest spending the money. Thanks.
