Cellular Phones/GPRS Not Subscribed on ATT

Question
QUESTION: I purchased a CPS i6 Pro phone and cannot receive pictures. I have worked with ATT and they say it's the phone. Followed one of your answers to same Q but cannot seem to fix problem. Willing to contribute to Papal account for assistance if necessary.

ANSWER: Mark -

GPRS not subscribed means that either the MMS settings have not been programmed or the specific phone doesn't work with a 3G SIM card. If AT&T assisted you in programming the settings and it still doesn't work, then they are correct that it is the phone. Typically, however, GPRS not subscribed means the settings aren't correct. If you want to write me back with the settings they gave you, I can confirm whether they are correct. Thanks.

QUESTION: To be clear ATT did not want to help me as I did not purchase the phone from ATT so no actual parameters were confirmed for this specific problem. From the booklet and I use this term very loosely the phone should work with the 3g service but I'm not sure about the sim card. I would like to install a larger sim card as this one is only 64mb and I cannot install my entire phone book. Can you recommend a store to purchase a larger sim card that will work with this service?

Answer
Unfortunately, you can only use the SIM provided by AT&T. You can't use any other SIM card. As you know, the phonebook can be on the SIM or on the phone or both, but can't be anywhere else. I might recommend that you copy the phonebook to the phone and then to your computer for backup. Using the SIM for this purpose, unfortunately, is not going to work.
