can not download pictures or send pictures when receiveing text and sending text

Have you been able to download and send pictures previously with this phone? If you didn't get this phone from AT&T, you have to program the settings for MMS with AT&T. Anytime you get a phone that is not from your carrier, the settings for MMS and WAP have to be programmed. You can get these settings from AT&T via phone or through their site.
